Return & Refund Policy
Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a different product than what was ordered
Unboxing Video Requirement A return request will only be considered if you have recorded a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package (unboxing video). This video must be submitted along with your return request as proof of the issue. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue (damaged/wrong product)
- Your unboxing video as proof
